Returns & Exchanges

 

Terms & conditions of returns and exchanges:

 

You can request a return or exchange by emailing info@onwuad.com. Please add your order number, request for a return or exchange and your reason within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.

The item/s must be in the same condition in which you have received them with swingtags and labelling intact. The items must be unworn. Items with evidence of wear will not be refunded and the item will be returned at buyer expense.

 

You are responsible for the freight and duty costs of returning an item.

 

Sale and discounted items: 

We do not offer refunds for sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

We offer ONE exchange or store credit note for the return of discounted items. Credit notes can be used at any time in store or online at www.onwuad.com
