Returns & Exchanges


 

Terms & conditions of returns and exchanges:

 

Full-priced items:

Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. This includes full-priced items with VIP or WELCOME discount codes applied.

You can request a return or exchange by emailing info@onwuad.com

Please include your order number, request for a return or exchange and your reason within 14 days of the date you received your parcel as per Australia Post tracking.

The item/s must be in the same condition in which you have received them with all packaging complete and intact. The items must be unworn. Items with evidence of wear will not be refunded and the item will be returned at buyer expense.

We offer ONE exchange or credit per returned item.

The buyer is responsible for the freight and duty costs of returning an item.

 

Sale and discounted items: 

We do not offer refunds on Sale, Final Sale or discounted items (excluding VIP/WELCOME DISCOUNT) items unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Final Sale and Black Friday Sale items:

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on Final Sale or Black Friday items

Returns under the Australian Consumer Law 


If the product is damaged, faulty or does not match the description given, you are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website athttp://www.consumerlaw.gov.au. Returns on 'Final Sale' and ‘Black Friday Sale’ items are valid if they fall under this category.


Delivery costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a postal service that can be tracked to return the item(s) to us. We are not responsible for any lost items if you fail to use an appropriate tracking service.

 

For item(s) which are returned in accordance with your statutory rights, delivery costs are our responsibility. We may also cover the costs of re-delivering any replacement item where appropriate.
